The Only Psychological Revolution is about ending the inner conflict (me-and-myself). There is no separate self. You are the world you perceive. The perceiver and the person are one and the same, not two. Only then will there be choiceless awareness.
There is no separate self. I and life do not exist. That is at most the ego, our ignorance. There is only life. Only for those who believe in an I and myself, is there an inner conflict. Choiceless awareness does not harbor splitness.
The inner revolution is about seeing that you are the person and the observer of the person. These are one and the same. Not-two. In this way the inner conflict: I and myself will end and there will be an unconditioned spirit, choiceless awareness. So there is no such thing as an unconditioned spirit and a conditioned spirit next to it: because there is only one spirit. Only when we really see that the person and the observer are the same, there will be an inner transformation.
You do not get choiceless awareness for nothing. Because it is preceded by an inner transformation! Only when the observer and the observed disappear against each other, will there be choiceless awareness (unconditioned spirit).

Fact: You are the person. Fact: You are the observer of the person. Fact: If you see that directly without any doubt, they will cancel each other out, there will be no more inner conflict (me and myself), there will be an inner transformation and then there will be choiceless awareness.
Why choiceless awareness? People with self-hatred are in conflict with themselves: I-and-myself. In this, the person and the observer of the person are different, that is how it is viewed. The observer who judges the own person. That is of course split. In this way, there is no question of choiceless awareness. Only when it is seen directly, without any doubt, that the person and the observer are not different but one and the same, will there be an inner transformation and choiceless awareness will be the case.
