Self-destruction

Self-destruction (self-hatred)
is the fruit of the inner conflict: me-and-myself.
There is no thinker and the thinking. There is only thinking.
There is no observer and the observed. For you are the world that you observe. And in this there is no conflict, no room for self-destruction.

Seeing is awakening

Your own presence is not an assumption or a philosophy but a fact. The fact also wants the observer and the person to be one and the same, not two.
But do you see all this directly and without any doubt?
Seeing is awakening.
Our inner conflict, which is characterized by self-hatred, is the result of: I-and-myself. That is split, isn’t it?
