The thinker is equal to the thinking

The thinker is equal to the thinking, not-two.
But many people think differently about that. Thinking that they are controlled by the thinking or that they control the thinking.
I tell you: you are the controlled. The observer is the observed.
There is no question of a separate self. Which at most causes conflict: inner suffering. Of which society is a reflection.

Thinking

Thinking becomes a problem when we start thinking about our thinking. When we try to change our thinking, try to control it. I-and-mine thinking represents a conflict.
Can we free our thinking from all domination? Can we free our thinking from all belief? So that we can see directly.

Is it true that you only have two choices…

Is it true that you only have two choices: to control your thinking or to be controlled by your thinking?

That is incorrect.
Why?
Only when there is an inner split (the observer and the observed) is there a desire to control your thinking.
The observer is equal to your thinking and when you see that directly, the inner conflict disappears. There is nothing left to control and no one can be dominated.
You are the world that you observe. In that lies inner peace.
There is no ‘you(r)’.
